NIC State Centre – Odisha receives Skoch Order of Merit Awards Awards

NIC State Centre – Odisha has been conferred with the prestigious Skoch Order of Merit Awards award by the Skoch for the year 2016. The award was given in the category – National, for the project ELBSoft- Online Issue of licenses, certificates of competency and permits to Electrical Contractors, Supervisors and Electrical workmen, developed by NIC State Centre – Odisha.
