‘CAREWELL’ is an Android based Mobile App by NIC Hisar that facilitates home-based care for the elderly/senior citizens and addresses their needs with the help of Government Departments & Saksham Yuvas (who in-turn get employment opportunity). The Carewell Project has been conferred the ‘Best District Level Good Governance Award 2021’ by Hon’ble CM, Haryana.
