Hon’ble CM, Assam appreciated NIC’s efforts for the development & implementation of Mission Basundhara Portal, which reduces the pendency in updation of land records, through mission mode accelerated disposal of citizens’ grievances in the State. He also launched Online Composite Land Transfer Service, developed by NIC, to facilitate citizens with No Objection Certificates (NOCs), and Registration & Mutation of land in Kamrup District.
