Hon’ble Union Minister for Finance & Corporate Affairs launched Assam Right to Services Portal (http://www.rtps.assam.gov.in), in the presence of Hon’ble Chief Minister, Assam. Developed by National Informatics Centre(NIC), the portal facilitates electronic delivery of notified public services, within the stipulated time limit.
