NIC Rajasthan developed ‘Integrated ShalaDarpan’ Portal provided end-to-end solution for selection of staff and online Interview process for Rajasthan School Education Department and to reduce the travel burden & maintain proper social distancing during COVID-19.

About 4500 staffs applied through ShalaDarpan portal for various vacant post and subjects of Govt. Model Schools. Panel wise details about VC Link, Date/Time were shared with applicants through NIC’s email, SMS and Web (ShalaDarpan User Login). Online Interview conducted for more than 3500 scrutinized staff.

This innovative online interview Process has been applauded by senior officials of the department and the participants.
