• The One Map GIS Portal Series for NOIDA and Greater Noida received the “Award of Appreciation” at the 20th CSI SIG eGovernance Awards 2022, and the “National Geospatial Award” from FICCI in Geospatial Excellence in Governance. The One Map GIS Portal is an integrated & detailed GIS Map of Greater Noida City for Citizens & Government Departments. It offers a spatial repository of local authority data at one place and helps bringing accountability and responsibility in governance.

• The Artificial Intelligence team of NIC received the ‘Award of Recognition’ for Satyapikaanan – Face Verification Services, at the 20th CSI SIG #eGovernance Award ceremony, in Delhi. AI-Satyapikaanan is an API-based Face Verification & Liveness Detection Service by NIC. The service is being used by Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Government of India in the eTransport project for driving license, National Testing Agency for JEE & NEET applications, and Meghalaya Govt. for Pensioners Life Certificate.

• Jal Jeevan Hariyali Portal and Post Matric Scholarship Portal by NIC for Bihar received the eGovernance Awards at the 20th CSI SIG eGovernance Awards 2022 ceremony, in New Delhi. The Jal Jeevan Hariyali portal is a unified and integrated interface to monitor the activities & work done by various Departments under the Jal Jeevan Hariyali Mission Campaign, in Bihar.

• The Post Matric Scholarship Portal of Bihar, facilitates SC\ST & BC/EBC students to apply online for the post-matric scholarship for their further studies.

• eTaal (Electronic Transaction Aggregation & Analysis Layer) Portal provides e-Transactions statistics of various e-Services delivered to the citizens across the country. The project developed by NIC, has received the ‘Award of Appreciation’ at the 20th CSI SIG #eGovernance Award 2022.

• Comprehensive Integrated Suite for Local Bodies Elections in Haryana and Online Release Orders & Billing System, Haryana received ‘Award of Appreciation, at 20th CSI SIG #eGovernance Awards 2022. Developed by NIC for the State Election Commission, Comprehensive Integrated Suite caters to end-to-end election processes. Online Release Orders & Billing System by NIC aims to achieve end-to-end computerization of release orders & billing processes for Govt. Advertisements released by DPR Haryana.

• eOffice, in Manipur has been conferred with the “Award of Recognition” at 20th CSI SIG #eGovernance Awards 2022 under the Project Category- State Government. The mission mode project from NIC is presently being used in 192 Departments/ Directorates/ Offices.

• Loucha Pathap, Online Land Record Information System by NIC for Manipur, received the ‘Award of Recognition’ at 20th CSI SIG #eGovernance Awards 2022. The workflow-based application computerizes the land records & provides online access to land tax pendency.

• eGRAS in Manipur, the Government Receipt Accounting System facilitates the electronic transactions for online payment of Tax & Non-Tax Revenue.The web application from NIC received the “Award of Recognition” at 20th CSI SIG #eGovernance Awards 2022, in New Delhi.

• GeoReach, an enterprise e-Governance solution in Madhya Pradesh, from NIC has received the ‘Award of Excellence’ at 20th CSI SIG #eGovernance Awards 2022 under the project category – State. It provides an end-to-end solution related to construction of roads under MP Rural Connectivity Project scheme of GoMP funded by World Bank and Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB).

• PSC SoFT received the “Award of Appreciation” at 20th CSI SIG eGovernance Awards. PSC SoFT is a generic online software by NIC, which provides an integrated solution for the core functions of any State Public Service Commission. This workflow-based system covers all intermediate processes starting from receiving of the requisition to its final recommendation to the concerned Department.

• The “School Education Portal & Office Automation of School Education Department Uttarakhand” received the “Award of Recognition,” at 20th CSI SIG eGovernance Award 2022. Designed & developed by NIC, this integrated web-based portal facilitates role-based access to 22000 Govt. schools, 70000 teachers, and around 10 lakhs students.

• NIC’s National Generic Document Registration System (NGDRS) received the ‘Award of Excellence’ at the 20th CSI SIG eGovernance Award Ceremony, in Delhi. NGDRS is a generic platform for Property & Document registration across the country. It caters to the needs of sub-registrars, citizens, and apex users from registration Depts and helps in Citizen empowerment by enabling property valuation & online document submission.

• The M.P. Farm Gate Mobile App by NIC for Madhya Pradesh, received the ‘Award of Appreciation’ at 20th CSI SIG eGovernance Awards 2022. The App facilitates doorstep services to farmers for selling their crops and provides relief from uncertainties of the market.

• JEGRAS – Jharkhand Electronic Government Receipt Accounting System, an enterprise solution by NIC, has received the “Award of Recognition” under Project Category-State Government at 20th CSI SIG eGovernance Awards 2022.

• Integrated Application Scrutiny System (iASS) by NIC for Gujarat Public Service Commission, received the ‘Award of Appreciation’ at 20th CSI SIG eGovernance Awards 2022. The system helps in online scrutiny of the documents of Short-listed candidates. It also offers faceless Governance for different processes of recruitment.

• HPRERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) MIS by NIC for Himachal Pradesh, received the “Award of Appreciation”, at 20th CSI SIG #eGovernance Awards. It provides ease of accessibility & simplicity in usage to Promotors, Agents, Buyers & Citizens. Know More: https://hprera.nic.in

• NIC along with H.P. State Disaster Management Authority & Department of Energy received the ‘Award of Recognition’ for Large Dams Safety Analysis MIS at 20th CSI SIG e-Governance Awards 2022. The Portal (www.hpsdmaplan.nic.in/dams/) helps to monitor various dam safety parameters on a single platform and maintains a database of various parameters for studying the flow pattern of River basins & Dam Safety related information.

• eOffice of the Chandigarh Administration has bagged ‘Award of Appreciation’ at the 20th CSI SIG eGovernance Awards-2022. The eOffice is a digital workplace solution by NIC that facilitates paperless administration and increases efficiency in Governance by digitalizing the workflow of the offices.

• HPAPPP – Himachal Pradesh Agriculture Produce Procurement Portal by NIC, received the “Award of Recognition”, at 20th CSI SIG #eGovernance Awards 2022, in New Delhi. HPAPPP allows farmers to register on the portal, add their Land details, book a slot/date in the procurement center of their choice, procure the produce, and get the online payment in their bank accounts. • In last 9 years, Government has made e-Governance a priority, with focus on providing last mile connectivity to every citizen in country. This is to ensure ease of living for citizens and ease of doing business for entrepreneurs, start-ups, and MSMEs.- Shri Alkesh Kumar Sharma, Secretary MeitY, during the Session on “Digital Transformation for India’s Techade” at the 26th National Conference on e-Governance.

• SVAMITVA Scheme of the Ministry of Panchayati Raj, conferred with the National Award for e-Governance 2023 (Gold) for Application of Emerging Technologies for Providing Citizen Centric Services, at 26th National Conference on e-Governance organized by the DARPG, in Madhya Pradesh. SVAMITVA is technically supported by NIC and provides ownership to property owners in villages by using drone & GIS technology. This facilitates the monetization of rural residential assets for bank loans & other financial benefits and helps in the settlement of land disputes.

• Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Raipur awarded with the National Award for eGovernance 2023 (Gold) for Excellence in research on citizen-centric services by an Academic/Research institution.
