  • NIC showcased its cutting-edge digital solutions in healthcare, education, and Artificial Intelligence at National Technology Week Exhibition organized at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. This year’s theme was ‘School to Startup – igniting young minds to innovate’.

  • As part of Cyber Jagrookta activities, NIC organized a webinar on ‘Digital Safety for a Family’, covering the importance of Digital Parenting & Digital Detox in today’s Digital world. Effects of overusing Digital devices & warning signs of Digital Addiction were also discussed.

  • One day workshop on “eGranthalaya” was organized by the Central Library, Barkatullah University, Bhopal for capacity building of Librarians, Researchers and Students across State Universities. The workshop was inaugurated by the Hon’ble Governor of Madhya Pradesh, and attended by over 700 participants.

  • As a precursor to the upcoming World Environment Day, a lecture on ‘eWaste Collection-Mission Lifestyle for Awareness’ was organized at NIC Hqrs., New Delhi. NIC State & District Centres were connected via VC. eWaste Disposal best practices, Ideal collection flow of leakages in eWaste and Use case for eWaste collection were discussed.

  • NIC-Water Resources Informatics Division conducted an orientation programme on the Role-based MIS Application of Ministry of Jal Shakti, Department of Water Resources, RD & GR digitizing inventory of newly constructed/ traditional Water Bodies/ tanks, Water Harvesting structures, and Watershed structures, etc. The orientation was attended by 150+ District Magistrates/ Deputy Commissioners as well as by Central/State Nodal officers involved in the “Jal Shakti Abhiyan – Catch the Rain” campaign of the Jal Shakti Ministry.
