District Governance Mobile Challenge (DGMC) for NIC District Centres

NIC Koraput, Odisha developed Koraput Tourism Mobile App to promote tourism and the tribal culture of the District. This App also provides detailed information for the researchers seeking insights on the livelihood of tribal.

The District Administration, Barnala launched the ‘Yojna Mobile App’ developed by NIC for residents of Barnala, Punjab. This app provides detailed information about various beneficiary-oriented schemes of six departments of the State Govt.

Jal Mobile App developed by NIC Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh JAL Mobile App’ facilitates geo-tagging of hand pumps provided by the Government, for their maintenance and effective management.

NIC Mayurbhanj, Odisha developed the Mobile App-MITRA (Integrated Tracking & Rescue Application), that enables district authorities to locate citizens needing help through SOS Alert during emergency situations, distress or disasters like flood, lightening, earthquake, etc.

NIC Kangra, Himachal Pradesh developed ePatta Mobile App for Revenue Dept., facilitating Land Lessee to their Lease details. This App also enables Tehsil Offices of the District/ State to search data of various Leaseholders of the locations.

NIC Chandigarh developed ‘CHB Enforce’ Mobile App to enable the citizens to report any unauthorized alteration and construction in dwelling units allotted by Chandigarh Housing Board.

NIC Rampur, Uttar Pradesh developed Rampur Kisan Sewa App to enable users to locate fertilizers & pesticides shops in the District via Google Maps. This app collects details of shops such as license no., owner’s name & address, facilitating users to search for a shop by mobile no. of owner.

NIC Balrampur, Uttar Pradesh developed ‘m-Zila’ App to help District Administration in managing skilled and semi-skilled employment, official Files, & land available for tree plantation. It also offers skill-based employment opportunities to citizens.

My Ration Mobile App developed by NIC Banaskantha, Gujarat, enables Citizens to check their ration card details, food grain entitlement with quantity & price, transaction history and the location of the Fair Price Shop (FPS) etc.

NIC Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh developed the ‘Mission 36’ Mobile App that facilitates 36 District Level Officers to monitor and track the health records of malnourished children at their respective Anganwadi Centers.

NIC Surat, Gujarat developed ‘Immovable Property under Ashaant Dhara’ Mobile App, which facilitates citizens to check their application status & access the ‘Know Your Area’ section to buy-sell-rent properties under the Ashaant Dhara Act.

NIC Kasganj, Uttar Pradesh developed the Clean Kasganj App using which citizens can provide information to the concerned authorities by sharing location & photo of the garbage /filthy places, for necessary action.

NIC developed ‘Chalo Chamba’ Android App to enable tourists from India & abroad to access information about tourist attractions in Chamba District, Himachal Pradesh. This app provides details of tourist spots, hotels, contacts, etc., to the users.

NIC Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh launched the AIIMS Bilaspur Mobile App for All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bilaspur. The App facilitates Citizens & NEET aspirants on the courses offered, eligibility criteria, admission process, and other procedures.

NIC Solan, Himachal Pradesh developed e-Kalyan Mobile App for Social Justice and Empowerment Department. This app facilitates Social Security Pensioners to know their Pension Status and provides real-time data to the administration.

NIC Golaghat, Assam developed ‘Poll-Sampark’ Android App. It provides essential & time-bound information to polling personnel engaged in Assembly Elections 2021. This app delivers electronic copies of polling related documents as well.
