NIC formulated GIGW Guidelines for Govt Websites. which have become an integral part of the Central Secretariat Manual of Office Procedure (CSMOP). The Guidelines for Indian Government Websites lay special emphasis on the accessibility of web content: Shri Rajesh Gera, DG, NIC.
