- Hon’ble Chief Minister of Rajasthan launched RajHealth portal, the integrated digital platform by NIC for Medical & Health Department of Rajasthan. The portal is a one-stop solution to HRH (Human Resource in Health) related activities of 17000+ healthcare institutions in the State. RajHealth portal reduces redundancies and saves human resources for productive and effective system by digitizing processes. It also maintains real-time data of doctors, nurses, para-medical staff, officers, and non-gazette employees for all health institutions.
- Secretary, Veterinary & Animal Husbandry Services, Manipur launched the Online Veterinary Hospital Management System (VHMS) for the State Veterinary Hospital, Imphal under the Directorate of Veterinary & Animal Husbandry, Manipur.
- In Gujarat, SWAGAT (State Wide Attention on Grievances by Application of Technology) System by NIC for Gujarat Government, acts as a bridge between Citizens & Govt by using technology to solve their day-to-day grievances in a quick, efficient, and time-bound manner.
- Hon’ble Chief Minister, Uttarakhand launched POS Based Donation Collection System and Protocol Darshan System for Char Dham Yatra. POS Based Donation Collection System by NIC facilitates State Govt to collect donation in offline mode even at height of 11000 feet.
- Hon’ble Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh released unemployment allowance to educated youth of State through Berojgari Bhatta Portal. Portal by NIC, accepts applications from candidates & transfers unemployment allowance into bank account of sanctioned applicants.

- Hon’ble Minister of Statistics, Rajasthan launched Sanstha Aadhaar portal to facilitate registration of Institutions & issue unique Sanstha Aadhaar No. to Govt Depts, Boards/ Corporations/ PSUs/Non-Govt organizations, and other enterprises in Rajasthan.
- Gujarat High Court has made e-traffic court operational in the State to eliminate the need for litigants to appear in Court in person. A part of One Nation, One Challan initiative, Virtual Court system by NIC enables the Court & vehicle owners to complete the proceedings online.
- In Himachal Pradesh, Kangra Administration has implemented faceless services for Learner’s Licence in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, using the Sarathi Application. The initiative will reduce the need to visit the RTOs in person for Learner’s Licence Test, thus saving the time of citizens.
- eDetection System by NIC scans the vehicles passing through all toll gates on National Highways in Chhattisgarh, to identify vehicles with invalid/expired Fitness, Permit, PUC Certificate, Insurance & pending tax, and generates appropriate Challans. The system sends SMS to the vehicle owners regarding the challan and the payment link.
- Hon’ble Chief Minister of Uttarakhand launched the Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system for online monitoring of vehicles in the State. The Transport Department of Uttarakhand has developed the system with the Technical Support of NIC.
- Hon’ble Minister for Food, Civil Supplies, Consumer Affairs and Legal Metrology, Govt. of Kerala inaugurated the Online Verification Module of Legal Metrology Online Management System (LMOMS) Portal, developed by NIC for the Directorate of Legal Metrology.
- NIC’s Punjab Poll Day Monitoring System (PPDMS) played a vital role in Bye Election to 04-Jalandhar (SC) PC 2023. The revamped PPDMS consists of Web portal, Mobile App, and an event-based SMS trigger. The system tracks all the activities captured through the Mobile App starting from the dispatch of polling parties to the deposition of election material at the collection centres.
- Online Building Permission System (OBPS) by NIC has been launched for Pahalgam Development Authority in Anantnag District of J&K. It is a solution for online scrutiny of building plans, applications for building permits, and delivering permission certificates.
- AASAISH – the Grievance Redressal and Service Delivery platform by NIC, has been launched in the Anantnag District of the UT of Jammu & Kashmir. The online system enables citizens to register & track grievances, feedback, and suggestions for prompt resolution. This online platform covers a wide range of services, including utilities, public infrastructure, healthcare, education, and social services through a Website and a Mobile Application.
