• Gujarat: On Good Governance Day 2023, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Gujarat launched two Citizen Centric Mobile Apps developed by National Informatics Centre – Face Authentication feature of My Ration App of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department of Gujarat, and FDCA-mDMLA App of the Food and Drugs Control Administration, Health & Family Welfare Department of Gujarat.

• Face Authentication feature of MyRation App enables ration card beneficiaries to initiate the Face Recognition & Aadhaar Identification based eKYC from anywhere without visiting at Taluka Mamlatdar Office; Status of the application will be intimated to the beneficiaries via SMS.

• The FDCA-mDMLA Mobile App consolidates various online platforms like Extended Licensing Node (XLN), Industry Portal for Drugs Manufacturing License for Allopathic (iDMLA), Cosmetics Manufacturing License System (COSMLA), and Ayurvedic Drugs Manufacturing Licence Portal (AYUDMLA) into a single interface to facilitate its stakeholders with real-time access to the status of their applications. It also allows firms to obtain digitally signed licenses, certificates, and approvals through their mobile devices.

• Goa: Hon’ble Governor of Goa launched eOffice for Goa University and appreciated the efforts of NIC in Goa for its rollout and implementation. eOffice Product Suite is a digital workplace solution by NIC to achieve a simplified, responsive, effective, and transparent working in Government offices.

• Delhi: Shri Sanjeev Chopra, Secretary, Department of Food & Public Distribution launched a New Dynamic Website for the Department. The website provides all essential information such as data, news, updates, events & other key details related to its sectors.

• Odisha: Chief Secretary, Odisha inaugurated the State level e-Governance Conference for DIOs and ADIOs of NIC district centres in Odisha. An edition of the State project profile was released on the occasion followed by presentations done by DIOs on roadmap of eGovernance innovations.
