New Launches & Inaugurations
- Hon’ble Union Home and Cooperation Minister launched an Online Portal for Computerization of Registrar of Cooperative Societies of all States/UTs. Implemented by NIC, it will enhance efficiency by bringing the entire cooperative ecosystem on a digital platform.
- Hon’ble Union Minister for Jal Shakti launched ‘Citizen Corner: A one-stop solution with an easy interface and details on water quality of a village’ on the dashboard of Jal Jeevan Mission.
Developed by NIC, this tool empowers citizens to raise concerns about water quality, help them locate the nearest water testing laboratory for quality test, rate list for chemical and bacteriological parameters, and even book a test seamlessly.
- Haryana’s Annual Budget 2024-25 was presented in Vidhan Sabha by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Haryana, in paperless form through a Tablet with Android-based Mobile App developed by NIC.
- Hon’ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra inaugurated the ‘Maharashtra Districts Good Governance Index 2023’ portal developed by NIC, an initiative of GAD (AR & OM), Govt of Maharashtra. The District Governance Index will create a competitive environment for overall development in the districts.

- Hon’ble Chief Minister of Manipur launched the online services: RFID Employee ID Card Issuance System, Swagatam Visitor Monitoring System, Manipur Secretariat Inventory Management System & Manipur Bhawan Room Inventory Management System. These eServices have been designed, developed & implemented by NIC.
- Hon’ble Chief Minister, Manipur also launched 10 faceless services in Vahan application for Manipur. Citizens can now avail these services online from the comfort of their premises without having to visit the Transport Office.
- Hon’ble Chief Minister of Manipur launched National e-Vidhan Application (NeVA) in the Manipur Legislative Assembly. NeVA by NIC is a workflow-based system that helps the Chair of the House to conduct the proceedings of the House smoothly in a paperless manner.
- Hon’ble Minister of Medical Education & Research , Punjab launched the website of Punjab Institute of Liver & Biliary Sciences, Mohali. Developed by NIC, the website provides information about medical services offered by the Institute.

- Hon’ble Minister of Information & Public Relations, Punjab launched the new website of the Directorate of Information & Public Relation Punjab. Developed by NIC the website https://ipr.punjab.gov.in offers a wide range of information including Government initiatives, press releases, publications, and updates on various sectors etc. This will empower journalists and public with the latest information about pro-people policies and achievements of the government.

- Budget Application by NIC facilitated Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister (Finance) of Rajasthan to present paperless Vote on Account Budget of the State.
- Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar issued a list of 50 thousand selected beneficiaries from the total applications received under Bihar Laghu Udyami Yojna. Selection of the beneficiaries was done through the Randomization Application designed and developed by NIC.
- Hon’ble Transport Minister of Arunachal Pradesh launched eChallan system in the State. Developed by NIC for the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Government of India, eChallan is a comprehensive digital solution which brings efficiency, transparency, and accountability in the process of enforcing traffic regulations.
- Secretary, Department of Land Resources, Govt of India, launched Blockchain Pilot in Land Records System, ULPIN Seeding of geo-referenced maps from Bhunaksha in Assam & National Generic Document Registration System . SIO Assam gave a detailed presentation on Blockchain technology and its key features.
- Chairman, Godavari River Management Board (GRMB) inaugurated the revamped web portal of GRMB. Developed by NIC, the portal provides varied information about the Board and enables officials to upload orders, photographs & announcements.

- Scan and Share feature of NextGen eHospital Application has been launched at Regional Institute of Medical Sciences, Imphal. It will facilitate the patients having Ayushman Bharat Health Account to book OPD tickets, through the ABHA App without standing in the queues.
- NGDRS has been implemented in 71 new SROs across Assam. Developed by NIC for the Department of Land Resources, GoI, the application aims to facilitate citizens in registering land documents. It also serves to conserve evidence, assure title ownership & prevent fraud.
- A Digital Innovation Centre has been inaugurated at NIC West Bengal, by the Principal Secretary, Govt of West Bengal. It will serve as a hub for innovation, collaboration, & excellence in Information Technology, contributing significantly to State’s progress in the digital era.
