New Launches & Inaugurations

  • Hon’ble Prime Minister launched 4 eCourts initiatives (Virtual Court Clock, JustIS Mobile App 2.0, Digital Courts & S3WaaS Websites) in the presence of Hon’ble CJI and Hon’ble Judges on Constitution Day celebrations in the Supreme Court. These initiatives have been developed by NIC under eCourts project and implemented by the eCommittee of the Supreme Court of India.

  • Secretary, MeitY, launched Swagatam in presence of senior officers of MeitY and NIC. Designed & developed by NIC, Swagatam is an online workflow-based Visitor Management System to facilitate public to take online appointment with Government Officers of MeitY & NIC.

  • Hon’ble Chief Minister of Uttarakhand launched 6 Contactless Online Services of the State Transport Department. Developed by NIC, these services eliminate the need of visiting transport offices. Citizens can avail these services

  • Hon’ble Chief Minister of Assam launched applications developed by NIC, including National Generic Document Registration System (NGDRS), e-Khazana and Composite Land Transfer (Auto Mutation).

  • Hon’ble Minister of Power and New & Renewable Energy launched Bio Urja and Bio Gas portals, designed & developed by NIC.e, which is a significant achievement that has enabled a digital revolution at the grassroots level. BioUrja portal has been developed by NIC as a single window platform to register & submit online applications for grants of Central Financial Assistance (CFA) to Waste to Energy projects, Biomass Briquette/Pellet manufacturing plants and Biomass (non-bagasse) based cogeneration projects. https://biourja.mnre.gov.in Biogas portal has been developed by NIC to facilitate beneficiaries with online proposals & approval for setting up of Biogas plants under the National Bioenergy Programme.   • Hon’ble Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, launched Asha Sangini System for the National Health Mission. Asha Sangini developed by NIC, is comprised of a suite of 5 Mobile Apps, facilitates disbursement of incentives to the Asha Workers.

  • Hon’ble Chief Justice, High Court of Manipur, launched ‘e-Filing’ portal for the High Court of Manipur. The e-Filing portal, developed by NIC is a complete end-to-end solution for online filing of plaints, written statements and replies etc.

  • Chief Secretary, Andaman & Nicobar Islands launched Pathik App under StarBus Project. The app has been developed by NIC to facilitate efficient online travel service through which commuters can make advance bus booking for anywhere in Andaman & Nicobar, & avail other related services.


  • Hon’ble Chief Minister of Manipur rolled out Professional Tax Application at launch of State-wide Professional Tax Enrolment Drive. Developed by NIC, the application facilitates the taxpayers with online enrolment for paying taxes and can be accessed at

  • Hon’ble Minister of Cooperation & Registration, Government of Kerala launched Kottayam Tourism mobile app. Developed by NIC for the tourists visiting Kottayam, the app provides wide-ranging information about main tourism attractions and best places to stay in the district.

  • Hon’ble Chief Minister of Kerala inaugurated ‘Digital Survey’, planned for 1550 villages over next 4 years by the State Department of Survey & Land Records. NIC was felicitated for providing software services such as Ente Bhoomi portal (integrated with Bhunaksha) & Re-Survey Management Information System for the digital survey project.
