NIC Activities
- A session on “Open Data Policy & Initiatives: Challenges & Way Forwards” was organised by the Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA) New Delhi, for the Foreign Government Officials from 36 Countries. NIC officials delivered a talk on ‘Data Analytics & Risk Management’.
- NIC organised a State-level conference on the Digital Agriculture Platform – SATHI(Seed Authentication, Traceability & Holistic Inventory), for the DIOs and ADIOs of all 30 Districts of Odisha.
- A State Level workshop on e-DAR Application was organized by State Transport Authority, Odisha in association with NIC for all DIOs, DRMs and RTOs. eDAR (Electronic Detailed Accident Report) is an extension of iRAD, which accelerates the process of Accident claims in a transparent manner.
- Awareness Sessions on CollabFiles Platform were conducted by NIC for the Department of Agriculture, Nalgonda District Officials, Telangana and Geological Survey of India, Southern Region, Hyderabad to create awareness about its usage in day-to-day ICT activities.
- Training Division, National Informatics Centre in association with Cloud Technology Division of NIC HQ and Open Technology Group, Chennai organised a Five Day Residential Training Program on “Solution Architecture” at GNEC (Greater Noida Extension Centre) campus of IIT Roorkee.
