- Shri Amit Agrawal, assumed the charge of Director General, NIC. He had a brief interaction with DDGs & Senior Officers of NIC.
- संसदीय राजभाषा समिति ने आज धर्मशाला, हिमाचल प्रदेश में राज्य सूचना-विज्ञान केंद्र एकक, शिमला कार्यालय के साथ निरीक्षण बैठक की। इस दौरान समिति ने मंत्रालय एवं विभाग के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों की उपस्थिति में हो रहे राजभाषा हिंदी के कार्यों का अवलोकन किया।
- Parliamentary Standing Committee on ICT Management in Rajya Sabha conducted a ‘Study Visit’ in Ranchi, Jharkhand. The visit involved onboarding “National Digital Grid – One Nation, One Application” through Digital Sansad and exploring tech initiatives & local ICT developments.
- Parliamentary Standing Committee on Communications & IT, during their Study Visit to Mahabalipuram, reviewed the functioning of NIC. Officials from Tamil Nadu State Centre presented the role of NIC in eGovernance and implementation of One-Nation One-Platform applications.
- In a review meeting held in Visakhapatnam, Secretary, Department of Land Resources, Government of India, reviewed progress of Digital India Land Record Modernization Programme (DILRMP) by NIC & other Flagship Initiatives for Southern States. DILRMP is an attempt for the computerization of land records and digitalization of cadastral map.
- Ethiopian Technical Government Delegates visited Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology Government of India, in New Delhi. Senior Government officials from NIC, Digital India, NeGD, Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), Indian CERT, and Data Portal India shared experiences on Digital Public Infrastructure and Digital Infrastructure.
