• A talk on Public Procurement was organized at NIC, Hqrs., New Delhi. Ms Usha Saxena, Scientist-F gave a detailed presentation on the working & features of the Public Procurement Systems – GeM & GePNIC, bringing transparency in Govt procurement.

• CollabFiles is a web-based, cloud-enabled scalable platform by NIC to create & manage documents in a collaborative mode with strategic controls. A Demo session on CollabFiles platform was conducted at the Workshop-cum-Training Program organized for NIC Officials in Punjab.

• A five-days residential training programme on DevOps was organized by the Training Division at NIC’s Centre of Excellence (CEM), Kochi. The programme aims to enhance skillsets for faster delivery of applications and services as compared to traditional software development processes.

• A three-days Training Programme-cum-Workshop was organized by NIC for District Informatics Officers of NIC in Punjab for Skill Enhancement and Equip them with the Latest Techniques essential to serve their Districts better, ensuring efficient and technology-driven Governance.

• A Five-days Residential Training Program on “Data Science, Data Governance & Data Analytics” was successfully conducted by NIC Training Division NIC HQ and NIC Telangana, at NIMSME, Hyderabad for NIC officers.
  
  The training aimed to provide insight to officers on how to explore , analyze, visualize and carry out predictive analytics on Data sets, which they can incorporate into their projects.

• For effective implementation of eChallan by Traffic Police of Tamenglong District, Manipur, NIC organized a two-day training programme in coordination with District SP, DIO Tamenglong and eTransport Team of the State Centre. eChallan is a Digital Traffic/Transport Enforcement Solution developed by NIC under One Nation, One Challan initiative of Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, GoI.

• Cyber Security Workshop organized by NIC at Rashtrapati Bhavan. Shri R. S. Mani, DDG, NIC delivered the talk and the session was attended by Dr Rakesh Gupta, Addl Secy to the President, Maj Gen R. S. Manral, Mil Secy to the President & Sh Ajay Kumar Singh, Press Secy to the President.
  Shri I. P. S. Sethi, DDG, NIC and Senior Officers posted in Rashtrapati Bhavan and NIC were present in the workshop.

• Students from the Military College of Telecommunication Engineering (MCTE) of India Army visited NIC Hqrs., to learn about the latest trends in #technology. NIC officers briefed them the role of NIC in eGovernance. Data Centre services, eMail services, Data Analytics, NICNet, NIC-CERT and the use of Artificial Intelligence in Governance, were also discussed during the interactive sessions.

• On Constitution Day 2023, NIC Officials & Staff recited the Preamble to the Constitution of India at NIC HQ to commemorate the adoption of Indian Constitution.

• A training on eCabinet solution of NIC was conducted by Home Department, Government of Sikkim for its Nodal Officers. eCabinet system enables paperless processing of Cabinet activities and promotes Green Secretariat initiative of the Government.
