- NIC observed Swachhata Pakhwada 2024 from 1st to 15th February 2024, to drive and promote awareness towards Garbage Free India.

- eOffice- Cleaner today for greener tomorrow : A workshop on paperless office was organized at NIC HQ, New Delhi. It aimed to encourage the use of eOffice (paperless office) across govt departments for a healthier environment.
- As a part of action plan under Swachhata Pakhwada 2024, a lecture on ‘Digitization of Records: Embracing the Future’ was organised at NIC Hqrs. Benefits of Digitization to user & environment, implementation challenges & strategies were discussed.

- In the series of activities under Swachhata Pakhwada 2024, a lecture on eWaste Management was organized at NIC Hqrs., New Delhi. The interactive lecture aimed to spread awareness on the management and disposal of eWaste.
- Swachhata Pakhwada 2024 : NIC actively performed Swachhata activities across the CGO Complex, ensuring the surroundings are clean & healthy.
- Swachhata Pakhwada 2024 : A lecture on ‘Avoidance of Single Use Plastic’ was organized at NIC Hqrs., New Delhi. Officials from Timarpur-Okhla Waste Management Company Limited briefed the hazardous impacts of single-use plastic and alternatives to plastic products.
