Swagatam is an initiative by the Government of India to facilitate the common man to visit the government officials providing hassle-free means to meet a Government Officer. It enables public to have a smooth & simple process of making an appointment by eliminating cumbersome & tedious procedures of making a request for appointment and then visiting the premises. It covers all types of visits made by the public like daily passes and periodical passes.

It is a cloud-based, unified and centralized solution by NIC with an easy-to-use graphical interface and embedded with comprehensive security features. It can be easily implemented in any Government Office/ Ministries/ Bhawans with some configuration efforts. It assists in maintaining all-relevant information about the visitor, which is automatically saved in a database.
