Chief Secretary, Jammu & Kashmir launched 3 online services by NIC for Revenue and Registration Departments. These are module for Downloading of Registered Documents, Aadhaar based authentication and Online Portal of Evacuee Property Service.
The feature of online downloading will facilitate the citizens to access the copy of registered document immediately post registration, without physically visiting the Sub Registrar Office. This will reduce the burden of officials & save the time and efforts of citizens.
Aadhaar based authentication in document registration will enable online identification of intending parties from the server of UIDAI and thereby put an end to the chances of fraud or impersonation and also exclude ‘benami’ transactions.
Evacuee Property Portal: https://jkcustodian.jk.gov.in contains a database of all the evacuee property of the UT, spread over 14 Lakh kanals. It also offers services such as e-auction of property, Issuance of NOCs, Change of use of property, Renewal of rent, transfer of allotment, etc.

NIC developed Online Budget & Financial Accounting System helps the Endowments Department of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh in better decision making. NIC has developed Paper Import Monitoring System (PIMS) for the Department for Promotion of Industry & Internal Trade (DPIIT), GoI. UPI payment facility in the eChallan on POS machines has been launched in Rajasthan. Now citizen has the option to pay their challans issued for traffic violations, through UPI, Debit & Credit Card. e-Challan is Android based mobile app, developed by NIC for Transport Enforcement Officers & Traffic Policemen, to generat e-Challans against violation of traffic rules. This app is integrated with eGRAS and Vahan & Sarathi applications of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways.

Hon’ble Union Minister for Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry & Dairying, released Breed-Wise Report of Livestock and Poultry. NIC has designed, developed and implemented the software system for 20th Livestock Census. Tablet based solution was used for the first time for collection of data under this survey.

Hon’ble CM, Assam appreciated NIC’s efforts for the development & implementation of Mission Basundhara Portal, which reduces the pendency in updation of land records, through mission mode accelerated disposal of citizens’ grievances in the State. DigiTAG Arena with Digital Learning Theatre, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Lab was inaugurated at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussoorie. e-challan & iRAD, developed by NIC, have been launched in Tripura by Hon’ble Transport Minister of the State. e-challan is an electronic form of regular physical challan issued for traffic violations while iRAD analyzes the causes of road accidents across the country to enhance the road safety.

Chief Secretary to Govt. of Odisha launched NIC developed online portal for disbursement of incentives under Odisha Electric Vehicle Policy-2021. Workflow based Portal for Central Electrical Testing Laboratory was launched by Honorable Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu to facilitate users for testing electrical products. Developed by the Tamil Nadu team of NIC, the portal enables users to check electrical goods as per their quality, safety and performance according to Indian Standards.

In order to make the annual budget books available as a digital book (paperless) to the citizens in the state of Jharkhand, the state finance department in collaboration with NIC has developed “Jharkhand Budget E-Book” mobile app. Citizens can download this app from the official website of the Finance Department (https://finance.jharkhand.gov.in) and Google Play Store.

An MoU was signed between NIC and CDAC on 23rd March, 2022 under National Supercomputing Mission(NSM). Hon’ble Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare digitally launched the revamped CGHS (Central Government Health Scheme) website (www.cghs.gov.in) and “MyCGHS” mobile app. Developed by National Informatics Centre (NIC), this user-friendly website will provide easy access to healthcare services to more than 40 Lakh beneficiaries (both in-service and retired personnel) with real-time information from the convenience of their homes.

Hon’ble CM, Jharkhand launched NIC developed ‘CM-SUPPORTS Mobile App’ for registration of beneficiaries under the Petrol Subsidy Scheme of the Food Supplies Department. Hon’ble Health Minister of Gujarat launched the Ayurvedic Drugs Manufacturing Licence (AyuDMLA) Portal to facilitate Ayurvedic Medicine Manufacturers of Gujarat to avail online services related to licence & various types of certificates. NIC Uttarakhand developed ‘Daksh Dashboard’ was inaugurated by Hon’ble Education Minister, Uttarakhand. Daksh dashboard displays monthly test performance data of Students’ competency assessment and Teachers’ performance rating, for various Govt. schools of the State.

Swagatam, a cloud-based software developed by NIC, has been customized by NIC Assam & launched at Kamrup Metropolitan District. This will facilitate Citizens to book appointments with Govt. Officials, enabling efficient delivery of services.

NIC has provided technical solution for facilitating random selection of beneficiaries under Chief Minister Udyami Yojana of Industry Department, Bihar Government. Hon’ble Chief Minister, Odisha, launched Online Services of the Department of Energy, developed by NIC. These services facilitate the beneficiaries to apply online for grants & renewals of their licenses and obtain approvals digitally.

NIC developed Integrated Solution for Recruitments for Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC-ISR) was launched in its new version, by Secretary PPSC. The software of PPSC-ISR enhances quality & performance of the portal, which will benefit the Commission & candidates.

IT Hardware Monitoring Mobile App is developed by NIC Yavatmal for the Revenue Department of the district to monitor the IT Hardware for routine maintenance. The app has all relevant data that helps users to report the hardware issues, keep IT hardware functional and reduce maintenance cost.

Hon’ble Minister for Revenue & Land Reforms, Govt. of Bihar launched Biharbhumi – Online Mutation Portal & Online DCLR (Deputy Collector Land Reforms) Court Case Management System, developed by NIC Bihar. Citizens can register at the State Revenue Department Portal & avail these services online.

Hon’ble Minister of Agriculture and Farmers’ Empowerment, Odisha launched ‘DBT on e-NeedBased Input’, web portal in the State. This is a workflow-based automation system developed by NIC, Odisha, for providing financial assistance in DBT mode to the farmers, for the procurement of insecticide, pesticide, fungicide, micronutrient & Bio fertilizer etc.

NIC Leh, UT of Ladakh developed ‘RoL Ladakh’ Mobile App facilitates registration and verification of migrant & native labours in Leh & Kargil Districts. This app also builds up a database of labours for assessment of availability of workers in the Districts.

Meeting App, developed by NIC Jalna, Maharashtra, facilitates Head of Departments, in Dist. Govt. Offices to schedule meetings with other Officials. Using this App, HoDs can send invites & allocate venue, date, time & agenda for the meetings.

Hon’ble CM, Kerala launched ‘Kerala Centralised Inspection System (K-CIS)’, developed by NIC for the automation of industrial inspections in the State. The system will improve cooperation & coordination between inspection authorities, reduce duplications and ensure transparency & accountability in the inspections.

EYojna mobile app, developed by NIC Kangpokpi, Manipur provides information about all the Govt. schemes offered by Central & State Govt., across various Districts in Manipur. Citizens can check eligibility criteria for a particular scheme and get contact details of the nodal officers for other queries.
