Shri Bhupesh Baghel, Hon’ble Chief Minister, Chhattisgarh inaugurated the e-Marketing Network of Chhattisgarh (eManeC) portal (http://ceps.cg.gov.in) on 1st October 2019. Shri Kawasi Lakhma, Minister of Commerce and Industries department, Shri Gaurav Dwivedi, Principal Secretary to CM, Principal Secretary, Department of Commerce and Industries, Shri Manoj Kumar Pingua, MD CSIDC, Shri P. Arun Prasad and other senior officials were present at the occasion.
The portal has designed, developed and hosted by NIC Chhattisgarh. Also, the portal and its functionalities were demonstrated by Shri Dilip Kumar Debnath, STD & SIO along with Shri Ashok Maurya , TD and Shri Pratik Chandrakar, SSA from NIC Chhattisgarh State Centre.

• Transparent on-line purchasing process
• Promoting local manufacturers and entrepreneurs
• Single Window System for Purchase Order and Supply Order
• Quality Assurance of Goods
• SMS alert to concerned stakeholders
• Integration with NICs Single Sign On (SSO Platform)- Parichay
