The Chancellor Portal, an integrated common platform for complete Student Life Cycle Management, is designed and developed by NIC Jharkhand. It has been implemented across all the State Universities of Jharkhand under the aegis of Department of Higher, Technical Education & Skill Development, Government of Jharkhand.

Hon’ble Governor-cum- Chancellor, Jharkhand reviewed the progress of online admissions in UG/ PG courses through the Portal at the Vice Chancellors’ Conference, supported by NIC Video Conferencing Service.
